Are you wanting to run an iconic world major marathon for an organization dedicated to community-led environmental stewardship and youth leadership development in The Bronx? Do you care deeply about the health of urban green spaces that sustain Bronx community members?

Team BiB runners will raise a minimum of $4,000 before November 30th, 2026.

Why Run with Team BiB?
Participants will commit to raising a minimum of $4,000 to support our mission of growing and supporting a culture of environmental stewardship in The Bronx!
Each runner will get a Bronx is Blooming running shirt, a hat, and electrolytes
Local runners will have the opportunity to run two team training runs with The Bronx is Blooming staff at one of the parks we steward with our volunteers!
Each runner will have the opportunity to participate in a Citizen Pruner course alongside our staff facilitated by our friends at Trees New York (value: $100)
We will have a post-race potluck/meal to celebrate all runners’ accomplishments :)
Runners will have the option to meet with a Bronx is Blooming staff member (a former marathon runner!) as much as they would like to brainstorm fundraising and training strategies
